Baikal International Center for Ecological Research (BICER)

BICER was founded on the basis of Limnological Institute of SB RAS on the initiative of Academician V.A. Koptyug in accordance with the Decision of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences of December 3, 1990.
